News GeForce RTX 4090 Surfaces With Dual-Slot Blower Design

Why would you NOT want a blower version? For cases with marginal airflow a blower is the only thing that allows for sufficient heat transfer to the outside. I got a 1080ti with a blower specifically for a small case with no airflow. Make that heat go away. With a 4090 a blower is almost a no-brainer. How else are you going to get rid of that heat besides just running with the sides off? Well... you have to do that anyway cuz of the failed power plug design... but if you didn't... What makes more noise and draws more power.... 10 case fans or one blower? Blowers are totally underrated.

Also much better at heating your room!

If you want more heat raise the fps cap in game!

The heat ends up in the room regardless of the type of cooler used.

You're installing a 1000W-1600W baseboard heater with a bunch of hdmi and displayport connectors.

Think of it like this, if you hypothetically take a battery powered heater and place it in an ice chest and then put that ice chest in your room. (Don't try this lol)

Will that function just as well as a heater in your room without being in an ice chest?

If you want the heat now, you want to get it out of the computer case as quickly as possible, not slowly conducting out over a couple of hours.

Convection + Conduction !
