What is the difference between the Hercules 3D Prophet II Ultra and the Creative Labs 3D Blaster Annihilator2 Ultra?

Which one should I get?

Should I get the Hercules 3D Prophet II Ultra or the Elsa Gladiac Ultra? The Elsa is selling for $400 and the Hercules is selling for $500

they are both pretty much the same except the elsa come with a good software package and the herc comes with some demos either go to sharkyextreme.com or tomshardware might have the tests but sharky ran tests between the 2 and they are about the same as far as speed
