JP...we need more info than that...

What games is this manifesting in or is it even on your desktop too? What version of the Detonator drivers are you using? Is your card overclocked? What motherboard are you using? And, What do you mean chopy boxed shaped? You mean pixelated? Maybe its the game....

First off, wrong drivers pal. The 28.xx's are for GF4's. 23.11 is by far the best for Geforce 3 boards. Remove 28.32 and set to standard vga adapater, reboot, install 23.11.

If that doesnt fix it then it sounds like a Direct X problem, i'd recomend backing up your data and doing a clean install. Its pretty drastic, but if just reinstalling the drivers isnt helping...i dont see much choice. XP comes with DX8.1 built in so dont ever try to install DX8.1 or less on XP as your liable to break it.

Always find the newest leaked XPDet drivers there. Im using the 29.20s with the same card and have no problems. I even got a 600 point increase in 3dmark when I left the 28.32's......which are btw for ALL nVidia cards, not just GeForce4's. But some people find better performance w/ the 23.11s. Try what works for you, that link has em all.

I sold my sig for $50.
