gefore gtx 960 not working for my computer

I recently purchased the geforce gtx 960 for my computer, but it doesn't seem to be working.The screen just stays as the hp startup screen. I was wondering will it work with my computer and if it does do you guys have any idea what seems to be the problem? http://imgur.com/SEY9aaH

Are you using the power supply that came with your hp computer if so it's not enough power to run your Gtx 960 you'll need to buy a new power supply now if you have a power supply greater than 200 or 300 watts then make sure you have all the power cords hooked up to your Gpu

I would suggest as well to check the PCI-E power connectors are indeed plugged in properly to the card.

While I try not to be a bearer of bad news, OEM tends to team up with motherboard manufacturers to create a customized mobo for their systems with BIOSes coded only for some specific hardware. I would suggest having a friend try the card on their computer and if it boots up for them, you might need to replace the motherboard as well.
