News GeIL Partners With ASRock To Deliver New Orion Phantom Gaming Edition Memory

It looks nice but it doesn't appear to be all that special, judging by the spec numbers. When I think of specialised, enthusiast-grade gaming RAM, I think of low CAS latency with BIG heat spreaders for overclocking. It makes me think of things like the old OCZ Reaper and Reaper-X DIMMs.

Yeah, they're crazy-looking but imagine the overclocking you could do with THOSE heat sinks! :ROFLMAO:

Besides, who really likes or considers ASRock as a contender in todays motherboard race? Their back in the second or third tier at best. The ASRock systems I've built have had to many RMA's for random issues.
