Gembird CCC-PSU8X 650W any good?

Is this junk or is it any good? I'm looking to see if it will hold an i5-4460 and maybe even a GTX 970. Should be lower power consumption than what I have now so I don't see much of a problem. My current specs are FX-6300 and R9 270x. Gonna run the 970 and i5 stock like I am now with the AMD. Or should I get a different power supply since Gembird seems to be junk by most accounts. I'm trying to keep a bit of a budget here so if it will work fine in gaming and not burst on fire then that's all I need.

you absolulatly need to replace the psu as soon as possible..

get a SEASONIC/XFX/CORSAIR psu instead

What's so bad about it? Seems everything is working fine as far as I can tell.

because this psu is not reviewed anywhere and not in the list of recommended psu...thats mean
it cannot meet minimal effeciency and cannot drive an heavy load consistently and not well protected against static or high current , overvoltage etc... so it can destroy your motherboard or other components
