hey all, picking up a gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX , ryzen 9 7950x, corsair ddr5 32gb 6000mhz, and amd radeon rx 6750xt 12gb, looking for 5-5.2 ghz on cpu with best undervolting, ram speed, and video card settings! look forward to your expert advice, hehe! thanks bob.

There's no "best" settings that anyone can really give you. We can give you at best general instructions on what to do. You're going to have to dial in the exact settings yourself.
  • For the CPU, generally there's two routes: set a PPT limit or use PBO curve optimizer. A PPT limit is straight forward works quite well off the bat. Curve optimizer can help you get more out of undervolting, but it requires more work (such as in https://sff.life/efficiently-run-zen3-on-low-profile-coolers-with-undervolting/ )
  • For RAM, you don't get much out of undervolting. RAM doesn't consume a lot of power to begin with, so it doesn't generate a lot of heat. You could try tweaking it, but you're going to have to mess with RAM speed and timings in addition to voltage. And it'll take a lot of reboots and BIOS setting resets until you get it right.
  • For video cards, typically modifying the V-F curve using MSI Afterburner is what most people do. Or you can set a power limit. Note that MSI Afterburner doesn't semi-permanently set anything on the card itself, you have to have the application running for your settings to take effect.
