Ay mates!
Well...here's the deal.

I want to overclock mi CPU and my V-Card (U can see what I have on my signature).

I want a safe OC...cuz I don't have that much money (not now) to get a new rig right away, so I don't want to screw it up...
What do u think of my E6300 at 2.4Ghz??

My "cooling system" consists in:
-120mm fan front (getting air in)
-120mm back (taking air out)
-250mm lateral fan (getting air in)
-My CPU and V-Card are running with stock cooling.

How much can I OC my CPU and Video Card? (safely)

I'd appreciate any help, guides, advice, etc... ;)

It all really depends on that CPU

2.4 should be relatively easy. Just test it with Prime95 and watch temps with speedfan and coretemp (see the temp guide at the top)

Also stay below a 1.5v on vCore

Before you overclock, go over Computronix's temperature guide at the top.
Your temps are way off. Somehow your cores are lower than your ambient (impossible), so do the guide and recalibrate

Well now I can use Core Temp (downloaded 0.94.4 beta version) and reports this:
Core #0: 34ºC idle
Core #1: 30ºC idle

But I don't know what are Temp 1, 2 and 3 in SpeedFan....

I guess Core 0 and Core 1 is my CPU so I played a bit with the offset option and now it's "calibrated"....instead of reading 18ºC now it reads 35ºC

I've been using Everest too, but is it trusty?

Also I ran Prime95 for 20 minutes and reached 55ºC max
