Hello everyone, I'm planning on building my second computer in late January. I understand that the new graphics cards could be coming out around that time so if an official release date is not announced before January 25ish, I'm going to go ahead with this build. I'm just looking for general feedback, like if everything is going to work out how I'm planning it.

I'll be getting 3 extra 140mm fans, and windows 7 64 bit. So my plan is to overclock the cpu to 4.2 - 4.5ghz and keep it that way. I also plan to overclock the graphics cards, and from what I've read about them it seems pretty easy to push them to or a little past 7970ghz edition performance. I'm looking at it like getting the performance of crossfire 7970 or sli gtx 680, or even a gtx 690 for much cheaper, at my resolution at least.
I use a 27" monitor @ 1920x1080 and 60hz. I understand that crossfire is probably overkill but a second 7950 is only adding $200 to the build and it's still well within my budget. So what do you guys think? Should everything go smoothly with the parts I've selected and overclocking I'm looking to achieve? Any feedback is appreciated and thanks for your time!
