General Question

Hey guys, hopefully this isn't a stupid question. But I think it's valid -

Say, I have a SSD for OS, and a 7200rpm drive for storage.

In Photoshop, if I open a file that is currently stored in the 7200rpm drive, and work on it...would it make the process of working slower compared to if the file was stored in the SSD?

It is only slower when reading and writing the file! That is slower to load and save.

So opening the file, and saving the file would be much slower?

Not when I have it opened and working on it?
