I have an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 and I was wondering what the standard MHz for my GPU and MEM should be as well as Voltage and Temperature while idle and while playing games.
Just downloaded MSI afterburner and I have no clue if what I have is normal or not.
Also, should the power limit be at 100%? and what is a good temperature limit?

My games usually crash 10-15 minutes into a game and a few seconds of gameplay for things like The Witcher 3, is there anything I can do to stop this?

EDIT: I also have something called AEGIS II that can tell me the exact RPM of all 3 of my fans if that helps.

Actually knowing the exact Make and Model number/brand of the PSU is very important as well. You need to open your ATX cabinet, and check the label printed on the side of the PSU. Take a pic/screenshot if possible. Which pre-built OEM PC do you actually have ?

Those Idle GPU values seems okay to me for now. It appears that your PC also comes with a single-channel RAM kit.
Post the exact GPU parameter values as reported by MSI Afterburner, as well as GPU-Z. What's the make and Model of your power supply unit/PSU ? Provide full PC specs as well. Post the IDLE as well as the values under full GPU load How much did MSI AB report ?

Try to reseat the GPU firmly back on the motherboard's PCIe slot, and check all the PCIE power cables connected to the GPU from the PSU. List the exact make/brand and model number of your GTX 1070 card.

It's a prebuilt PC so I don't know the model of my GPU as well as my PSU but here are the rest of the specs according to speccy:
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 7700 @ 3.60GHz 66 °C
Kaby Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Single-Channel Unknown @ 1197MHz (17-17-17-39)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. G20CI (U3E1) 57 °C
Graphics
VG245 (1920x1080@60Hz)
4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (ASUStek Computer Inc) 48 °C
Storage
476GB SanDisk SD8SN8U512G1002 (SATA (SSD)) 49 °C
931GB Western Digital WD easystore 25FC USB Device (USB (SATA) ) 49 °C
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUE1N
Audio
NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)

The case is an ASUS G20CB

Here is the GPU-Z and MSI Afterburner screenshots on idle:
Tried to play some Destiny 2 and my PC crashed. Last I remembered using the hardware monitor my GPU usage was 97% and GPU Temp 67 degrees C.

I don't have a screwdriver on hand to reseat and check my cables but I will try when I do.
