I recently ran Wise registry and disk cleaner. After running these tools and rebooting and such i noticed that the partition in one of my harddrives is missing. i tried doing a system restore but still has not shown up. Not really sure what i should do not as i do not know if the the partition was deleted or the path just missing. thanks for any help.

Does the partition show up in disk management with a valid drive letter ?

Have you tried Partition Recovery Software ?
