Asrock/Asus/Gigabyte/MSI.

Im a beginner in building PCs and i'd like to overclock but still dont know how to. my decision for buying my MOBO would probably be determined with the following preferences:
1. easy to overclock for beginners.
2. budget friendly
3. looks (following a blue black theme)
4. extra features

Choosing between:
ASUS z97 PRO GAMER
Gigabyte z97 Gaming 5
Asrocks z97 Pro 4 - leaning on buying this because its about $40 cheaper in my country
Asrock z97 Extreme 4 - same here but just $20 cheaper

only plan to overclock to about 4.3ghz or 4.5ghz max

here is my build
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($222.75 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($55.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial M550 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($127.95 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($51.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Palit GeForce GTX 970 4GB JetStream Video Card
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($67.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($67.99 @ SuperBiiz)

FYI, cooler is not yet included since im deciding between:
CM hyper 212x
Xigmatek Dark Knight
Scythe Mugen 4
Scythe Ashura
Deep Cool Maelstorm Hybrid
Cooler Master Seidon 120V Hybrid

Thanks in advance.

the Havik cooler is not available in stores that are near my place. With the 6 cpu coolers that i listed, what would be the best cpu cooler to buy. All of those have the same price range.

@FreshPinesApple

The Extreme 6 is not available in stores near my place 🙁 so i guess that's not an option. I'll look into your suggestion for the cooler. I'll probably pick the one who gets the most votes lol

@Mark
Thanks for suggesting that board and actually offering to go out of your way to teach me how to overclock. The 212 EVO is not available though, will the 212x be enough? Not sure but i think i've read somewhere that the 212x is the newer version(and upgraded) of the evo
