Question Generic Controller wrong mapping?

I bought this random controller from my local electronic store the model is Titan TGP-115. The controller is fine but the right analog stick is set for button 1 2 3 4 namely triangle, circle, cross, and square. Is there A way to configure the right analogue stick? I tried using the steam big picture but it keeps on exiting because it is mapped in button 1234. Thanks

You would need to check with the support for that controller, but probably would need to find that through the documentation or info on the box, seems a web search does not come up with anything for them.
