Question Generic question about using Odroid XU4 as a portable media server ?

I have two Odroid XU4's. I'm wanting to use an old tablet's screen so I have most files at 480p to 720. I'm a noob ween it comes to the file formats and what not.
I want to have the server run a media play back. like plex, headless torrent like handbrake and an NAS.

I'm about to go off grid and need low power use as my budget is fairly low.

Can any combo of the two Odroid XU4's handle this or should I shop on ebay for something newer?
