Hello.

If I have a Genesis in my graveyard as well as many other creatures, can I
pay 2G multiple times during my upkeep to retrieve multiple creatures to my
hand?

Nope. Take the card text more literally:

,----[ Oracle ]
| Genesis
| {4}{G}
| Creature -- Incarnation
| 4/4
| At the beginning of your upkeep, if Genesis is in your graveyard,
| you may pay {2}{G}. If you do, return target creature card from your
| graveyard to your hand.
`----

At the beginning of your upkeep (which happens at most once per turn),
if Genesis is in your graveyard (which you said it is), you may pay
{2}{G}. (You have a choice of whether to pay it or not. It doesn't say
"you may pay {2}{G} any number of times" or something similar.) If you
did, you get to return the targeted creature card. It doesn't say
anything about being able to return more than one card, so you can't.

No.

Genesis 4G Creature -- Incarnation
4/4 At the beginning of your upkeep, if ~ is in your graveyard, you may pay
2G. If you do, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.

This starts with "when", "whenever", or "at", so is a? Triggered ability,
right. So it will trigger how many times each time its trigger condition
happens? Once, right. Now: does it say "you may pay 2G as may times as you
like. If you do, return that many target creature cards..."? No, it does
not (and for VERY good reasons, too - you choose targets on announcement,
while you don't even decide whether to pay or not until resolution).

So: it triggers once, and you choose a target; it resolves once; you may pay
2G, or not, once. To get more than one copy of this ability on the stack you
need more than one Genesis in your graveyard as your upkeep starts.
