For the COVID-19 study,
I have already choose MD711-SU to build a Analysis tool.

In order to speed up the results, I decided to use NVIDIA GPU on Genome Analysis Toolkit.

If I want to install a GPU into this machine, can anyone recommend which card I should choose ?

Looks like only a single slot, low power GPU is likely to work in this device. Something like this:
