Hi!

I was killed Sjoring Stone Eye before he hands me the power in Thieves
Guild. I get rank of Capitan from him and... he disappeared! So I won't be a
chief of Thieves Guild. Do somebody got the same problem?

yes, I did and did Bjoern, which is why he helped me out. It's not part of
the game and the only way to fix it is if you're playing on pc, in which
case bring up the console window by pressing ` and type placeatpc stacey
