Hello again. I posted earlier but things have escalated. I'll keep this short: I'm having performance issues and strange, sporadic crashes.

I have done everything I can think of. Reset BIOS settings, updated all drivers with multiple programs and then checked the registry to make sure the most up to date were installed. I have uninstalled them and reinstalled them. I have pulled all my components and reseated them. Last week I could play Mirror's Edge Catalyst no problem, now it won't load. All of this was in effort to play Battlefield 1, though I did experience a few weird crashes before. I have the CPU OC'd to 4.0 , but it's not even putting a dent in temps or voltages.

The circumstances in which I have had a crash: Exiting Battlefield 1 got a blue screen with horizontal white lines that were of varying sizes, but mostly very thin and of varying lengths (they didn't go across the whole screen). Watching VLCmedia player and I got a lock up and loud buzzing. Got a black screen with looping sound playing Battlefield 1 before as well, which I don't get. I can play Titanfall 2 all damn day.

Games that now freeze: Battlefield 1 sometimes, Mirrors Edge 2 won't even start up, neither will Plants V Zombies Garden Warfare 2. I have alos had Dead Space 3 freeze.

Guys and gals, I'm at a loss. I'm begging for your help!

Well your problem may be your PSU. Rosewill are known to fail prematurely, and the longevity PSU is not great either. I would look into getting a new PSU, that could justify why you are having crashes and blue screens.

Could that also cause the lag while playing Battlefield and the programs not loading? While playing Battlefield 1 I get these short little freezes. My frame rate drops to zero, or close enough that I can't see what it is. But there's a little freeze, and then my framerate quickly climbs back up to 60. It happens in the menu as well.. Sorry I quoted this message, apparently my tablet won't let me quote. So I had to do this from my email LOL.
