Question Gesture control for Windows 10?

Is there any software out there that can use a simple camera for gesture control in windows?

E.g., what do you want to accomplish using gestures?

What hardware and software are you using?

I know that Scratch 2.0 (free coding program from MIT) permits using a webcam to move objects about via gestures but I suspect that you have more specific intentions.
