get 970 or wait for 1070

I am getting a 970, but then I recently heard that the 1070 is coming out and I am stuck on which one to get ( btw I am building on 25th of march and it comes out on the 5th april)

It is actually announced at GPU Technology Conference scheduled during April 4-7th but it should be fully released to the public after Comptex 2016 which is June.
If you willing to wait that long then you could hold out.
