Get a new 1050 or a used 1050 TI

OK another GTX 1050 question, actually two. So my first question is, should I get GTX 1050 that's new, or should I get a GTX 1050 Ti that's used? Currently I can get a EVGA GTX 1050 new for $110 or I can get a EVGA GTX 1050 Ti used form Amazon warehouse for $109. Second question, is their a difference in power consumption between EVGA GTX 1050 Ti and a EVGA GTX 1050(non Ti version)? Wouldn't want to get a Ti version and it not work with my 300w psu.

The Ti is rated for 300w PSU or greater, so is the 1050. So yes it should work assuming the rest of your components combined aren't maxing out the PSU. Chances are you'll be fine.

If you don't need the extra performance, if esports are your thing for example, then I'd get the new card. If you play more demanding games, and your system is otherwise capable, then I'd get the used faster card.
