Here is my build right now :

Asus 1080p 60hz 23.5" Led-LCD monitor

AsRock Extreme 4

Corsair Vengance x2 4gb (8gb)

Seasonic 620W modular PSU

i5 - 3570K

EVGA Gtx 680 SC

So, with that being said, I have some money I can spend right now. Should I get another 680 card or should I get a 120hz monitor and some other stuff.

What kind of increase would I get from a 680? I play games like crysis, metro, call of duty, bf3, wow, and other games like that.

if you get a 120hz monitor you will be spending the next six months telling everyone how incredible it is, how you can see everything smoother, how your Kill/Death ratio has shot up to twice as before, and how much easier it is on the eyes.

If you buy a new 680 you will get 10 more fps.

Based on my experience, I would disagree slightly with the other answers. For me, a second 680 was the killer upgrade that meant I could play all my games how I wanted to. I used to have a 120Hz monitor, and yes, the higher refresh rate is great, but my current monitor (a 60 Hz Dell IPS) is superior in every way.

You get far more than an additional 10fps with a second 680. Performance is not far off double. To be honest, I was slightly disappointed with the performance of my single 680. I had expected to get a smooth 60 fps on max settings at 1080p but this was far from the case. After buying a second 680, I finally had the performance I'd been after, and do not regret the purchase in any way.

The monitor can last you a really long time. With two grx 680s you will probably find yourself upgrading by the gtx 800 series.
My reccomendation:
Get the monitor now, when the gtx 700 series comes out, sell your 680 and use the money toward a 780.
Then you get the best of both worlds. A performance upgrade, and a kick a$$ monitor.

The best one out there (aside from a few $600+ korean imports / iiyamas) is the BenQ XL2420T. It's $400, but it has far better color and features than anything else out there, and is built like a tank.
