Hey,

should i get the Sabertooth 990fx R2.0 motherboard from Asus or something similar priced from AsRocK?I ask that question because i heard the have released a new motherboard for AM3+,if my infos are correct.

Do the Sabertooth still get Updates?
Which is more relieable? ASUS Or ASrock?

Solution
The Asus Sabertooth has one notable advantage, which is a five year warranty; that's likely the primary reason I bought mine (R1.0 though). It has performed flawlessly.
If you are going to spend that much money on a motherboard, your overall budget might support an Intel build, which is likely to be stronger in most tasks. I have both myself (see my .sig), and the i5 is much faster than the FX-8320.
