Get configuration from sky sagem router

Hello,
I'am all setup with skybroadband which came with a sagem router, bluntly It's rubbish especial the wireless part,so want to use my original netgear dg834 with wirless access point which was rock solid. how do I configure it to work with sky. I can access the sagem configuration..?

Sky wireless routers are a closed shop , you can change certain things but you can't access anything that Sky don't want you to , including your username and password , and their phone help plainly refuse to help . I assume that this is to stop people using routers that they don't support and then phoning them when things go wrong
