Get dual boot to go away?

I installed XP on a new build. I had some hardware problems and I reformatted the drive and did a full reinstall on another HD. Fixed all the HW problems and it runs fine. However, now when I start up windows, I always come to a screen that asked me whether I want to run MS Windows XP Pro or MS Windows XP Pro. The first selection takes me into windows, the second option fails (obviously pointing to my first install).

Is there any way I can stop this menu from appearing and go rignt into windows startup off my 2nd install? Is this a BIOS setting?

You need to edit the boot.ini file.

Do a search on google and you will find tutorials on how to do it.
