Get "no signal" after reinstalling cpu

Long story short, I decided to go back to my old cpu(only used the new cpu for a few days) and after I had re-installed the ram, cpu , cooler and gpu I kept getting "no signal detected".
I tried reseating the RAM, reseating the CPU, but while my computer turned on, it didn't detect the monitor.

Old cpu- i5 4460

new cpu- i-7 i7-4790K

Can you give the full specs of the system before and after?

A cpu socket is designed for only up to 15 insertions.
The pins are delicate.
Best not to change if you do not need to.

Possibly when you replaced the chip, some pins got bent or damaged.

2 TB WD Black HDD
500 GB WD SSD
GA-H81M-H Gigabyte motherboard( micro-atx)
new cpu fan(E973978 fan)
8 GB Ram ADATA DDR3

I personally don't remember any bent pins alst time I re-installed it yesterday, could be wrong.
