News Get the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X Processor for the Lowest Ever Price

That is a great price. I paid $650 CAD for mine in Jan 2021 then sold my 3800X for $400 so cost to me was $250.

Hard to pass it up at that $368 price if you are on AM4 and not using a Zen 3 cpu.

I am still on my 3900x and will probably not upgrade until the extra cache versions of 5000 series come out, if they are going to come out. I am planning on keeping my current PC for the next 6+ years so I mind as well wait until the penultimate AM4 CPUs hit the market to replace the 3900x. The sales on the 5000 series are tempting though.

Depending on Price I will probably move up to a 3d cache model and resell my 5800X like I did the 3800X. Love AMD for staying on this socket so long I will have gone thru 3 generations on 1 board.

meh.... not worth it ! not cheap enough

I'm in no rush to upgrade, 3900x is fine for 4K gaming and Alderlake will force AMD to heavy discount those 1year+ old Zen3 cpus !

I'm waiting to see how AMD really responds to Adder Lake before I consider moving off my 3700X. 20% faster isn't worth near $400 after tax, not when the 3000 series supports PCIe 4 and the full feature set of the X570S motherboards.

You can get the 5800x brand new from ANTOnline‘s eBay store for $349 with free shipping. ANTOnline is a very well know and reputable seller and authorized AMD reseller. They pretty much have the best price anywhere for the 5800x and 5600x.

"Lowest price ever", might need an * on that one. As Microcenter has had these in stock and priced at $349 for a while now. As well as authorized AMD resellers on eBay.

* - On Amazon because that was the only placed where we checked the price.

AMD already anounced that Zen3D is the main talking point of their livestream same day as CES 2022, in January 4th (+ Zen4 and other stuff).
That's a great price! We have nothing like that in EU.

Also LOL at this article and it's title.... pffft. :ROFLMAO:
