Hey!
I'm being considerate in a future build (1-2-3 months) if I should consider x570 as the last board to support AM4 - or if there will be something in the near future, that will support Ryzen 4000 and Nvidia 4000 series better than current Mobos?

If I sound stupid / make no sense please do tell me - as pc building is new to me!

Solution
Of course Nvidia 3000 series is what I meant - got confused in the numbers.

Does that mean that I should not expect a new chipset/bios etc. to be improved on newer cards for better support of the new Ryzen 4000 series cpu's?
I don't really understand the question, but no. Newer bios won't improve performance, not of the graphics card atleast. CPU maybe, but not by a lot.
And as for support, all b550 boards and X570 boards will support 4th gen ryzen, and B450 X470 and some B350 boards will get specific BIOS's that will make the boards work only with 4th gen, and disable 3rd 2nd and 1st gen support.

Nvidia is releasing 3000 series in 3 days, not 4000. 4000 will probably come 2 or so years after, meaning summer 2022.

Ryzen 4000 will support X570, but also B550, which is a much more senseable buy, with all the same features at a lesser price.
