Question Gets stuck on boot scren Asus Rog Formula Z690

When the power goes out, my pc gets stuck on the brand logo on my motherboard, the option to press DEL and F2 appears but nothing happens, I tried restarting the bios and clearing cmos, but windows does not start, it will Is my motherboard damaged?

I have UPS

Turn it off. Flip the switch off on the PSU. Unplug it from the UPS. Plug the PSU directly into the wall socket. Flip the PSU switch back on. Turn the power on and see if it will boot normally.

I already did it, I also tried removing the memories and nothing helps, I think the motherboard is damaged.

Well, due to the incredible depth of the information you've offered, I'm just going to agree with you because I doubt anything I say will change your mind anyhow. And if it did, it would probably take like two weeks to get anything additional that might help troubleshoot the problem, out of you without pulling hairs. LOL. Seriously though, ok.

Is there a REASON you think the board is damaged, that you haven't shared, or is it just a guess?

It's because I did what you told me and followed tutorials on the internet, I just need to use another motherboard to verify my theory.
