Question Getting 1-3second freezes evry 30minutes or so. Pls help

Hello!
So latley i built a new gaming pc. And pc was ready to play games i installed Steam and some games and evrything was fine. But when i jumped into a game like (Rust, Csgo, War Thunder, GTAV, R6) i got freezes in my games. It was 1-3 second freezes just randomly. Then i tried clean my pc but that did not help. I checked temps and cpu & gpu usage evrything was fine but still freezes in games it is so annoying that im getting killed beacause of that can some help me. Just mentioning my CPU overclock is stable 4.17GHZ
SPECS ARE:
Cpu: i5 7600K Overclocked to 4.2GHZ with EVO 212 LED cooler
Gpu: GTX 1060 GAMING X 6GB
RAM: HyperX 16gb 2133Mhz Overclocked with XMP
Mobo: Z270 A Pro
PSU: FSP 500 60APN 85+
OS is on M.2 SSD 128gig
Second drive is WD Blue 1tb 5400rpm 2.5

MSI KOMBUSTOR TEST:
Gpu under load is 60-63c load 75%
Cpu under load 52c load 80%

Nothing is running on the backgroun. I mean its depens accualy in Rust freezes happens only EXAMPLE: I dont shoot for a 10min and then suddenly i shoot it freezes same with explosives or if something happens suddenly
