I have a P4-3Ghz with HT and an MSI 865PE NEO-2 P MS-6728 Ver 2 (No
D-bracket) 3.50 AMI BIOS. I have two sticks of Nanya 256MB dual channel DDR
RAM (PC3200) 400MHz.

If I added another two sticks in the other two spare DIMM slots (to give me
1gb of ram) - would the FSB still be 800Mhz and the RAM still run at 400Mhz
or do you need *just* two sticks in order to get 800Mhz FSB with this CPU
and this motherboard?

As long as the ram matches the original (timing, etc), then you should
run in dual channel mode. The FSB is quad pumped (200x4) for the cpu,
so that will not change (unless over clocking). The ram is going to
stay at 400 too unless you start over clocking it too.

Good luck.
