I was initially going for GTX 760, but I don't want to push my budget that far (even tho I can, but I wanna save up so I am now looking at GTX 650 Ti BOOST)

I hope it's good enough to Run Watch Dogs at 1080p, with High Settings and some settings tweaked and run at 45+ fps?

The only reason I'm looking at Nvidia is because, I can use ShadowPlay to record my games without FPS droping more than 5fps.

The AMD 270x sits between the two in price and performance and I am able to push my budget however, the fps drop will be ALOT if I start recording the games.

Do you think 650Ti Boost is a good decision?

my 650 ti Boost is holding up pretty strong, but I don't record games. I'd also recommend a better card even though I love the 650 ti boost for the price, all these new cards are better for not much more.
