I know that these temps are perfectly fine for a GPU.
but what bothers me is that every review I read about that card, or a video review, had the temps on load to be at most 65C. card works great btw, it's just, with games that required all its power, on load it gets up to 70 and stays consistently at 70, and occasionally goes up to 71 or 72 but goes back down to 70C again, I am overreacting I know, but. I kinda feel ripped off with the gigabyte model? or it is my fault? here's the build: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/b/jh2RsY

is it the small mini-ITX that's causing bad airflow and thus temps not like in the reviews? also, the pics in that build were two weeks old, I recently went back and remanaged all the cables, and it's much much tidier and neater now, there's much bigger space for airflow/ so.

There are many factors involved while measuring GPU temps in reviews. They're usually done on test benches rather than real cases, room temp is usually b/w 20-25C with very low humidity and so on. It's always safe to assume them 5-10C higher than said, that too when a normal ATX case is involved. Yours being Mini-ITX, 70-75C looks inevitable. As you know, there's nothing to worry about.
