Getting 9V on the 12V in HWMonitor

I am suspecting i have a bad psu but all the other voltages are spot on with the 3V and the 5V so i dont understand whats going on. Its a RM650.
These are my specs
Intel Core i5 4590
MSI Z97 Gaming 5
MSI GTX 970 4G
Corsair RM650
Corsair Vengeance Red 8GB
Corsair Carbide 300R Windowed
Western Digital Blue 1TB
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

That can not be right. Try another monitoring tool or check in bios. You computer would be very unhappy at 9 volts or not run at all.

I checked the bios and it said that the 12V is getting 10.368 so is it a bad PSU?

Hi
If your computer is running fine then the problem is likely to be the voltage sensor on the motherboard.
The best way to tell would be to try another power supply if possible.

I'm going to RMA the PSU because I tried with different outlets and it still didn't change and also I have to leave to leave the power cord unattached for a day for the PC to turn on so yeah.
