I did some research but it is gibberish to me. Please advise on what else I can provide.

The following that I have completed:

Ran the hotfix from here, the hotfix stated my machine is not affected: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hotfix/kbhotfix?kbnum=2203330&kbln=en-us
Did a cmd scan: sfc /scannow
My drivers are up to date

I would reinstall Windows.

I don't think it's Windows, it seems to be my RAM, so I've done memtest86, we'll see.
