getting a new CPU

I want a new cpu but I dont know what one I could get, but i dont understand what to upgrade it with.

The Core i7 7700 would be a good option. Also upgrading from 8GB of RAM to 16GB would be nice too. Also consider buying an ssd.

Best you an get with that motherboard is a i7-7700. Not the 7700K since you cant overclock with an H model motherboard. Going up to a 7700 will give you maybe 20% increase however unless you are bottle-necking with your current CPU there isn't a need to upgrade.
