Question Getting a new GPU what power supply do I need

I ordered a EVGA GTX 1070 sc from ebay and I was just wondering what power supply is recommended, I have one that says 480w on it but it's a cheap chinese one so i'm not too sure. If it's not enough will it damage my computer or the card in any way?

Does that power supply have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 28 Amps or greater and has at least one 150 Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector?
