Getting a new headset

Should i buy a razer carcharias or the arctic p531. Other options would be appreciated but i must know which one of these would be better for me. i will be using them mainly for gaming and listening to music.Oh, and noise-cancellation(active) is definitely a plus point.

I've owned quite a few headsets for PC, and I have to say, the Logitech G35 or the wireless version 930, is probably one of if not the best sound quality surround sound headsets I've ever used. I have yet to hear another headset that is even comparable to them. I would recommend this one headset to any PC gamer. It's a must have. Hope this helps.

i think i have seen the g35 but it's no longer here where i live. So i would really like to know which of the above headsets would be better.

oh, and i would be using razer virtual surround sound with any headset i buy
