Getting a new monitor. Help me decide.

So I am not gonna fill up the questions about what monitor I want because I already know. I just want to ask you which one would you chose from the models listed:

LG 22MP56HQ-S

ASUS VS229HV

Or if it is worth it to save up for better one just tell me from this site: http://nikem-bg.net/magazin.php?search=MONITOR

I prefer to be in the 250 levs range but if it is very worth it I can go up to 350.

Ok thank you for the fast respone. Would it be worth it to get this model over the one I've linked

Or there would be much of difference? I just need a 21-23 inch monitor with good picture, i don't care about the ports or if will be the smaller I just wana know ifi the picture quality will be much better than the ASUS VS229HV.

The Asus VX239H-W is a great choice. It has a decent response time, i'd certainly pick this one.
