Getting ae code on motherboard but how do I fix it if PC won't connect to tv monitor via hdmi

Having issues with connecting my PC to an LG tv using HDMI and I can't fix the ae code on my motherboard without being able to see anything on the monitor.

Help!

AE is ok. You need a monitor for installing Windows and graphics driver. Then you can use a tv.
