[SOLVED] Getting around 90mbps on ethernet when link speed is 1gbps, over 300mbps on wifi

I'm having a problem of getting around 90mbps on ethernet but over 300mbps over wifi on the same device. I'm using a Thinkpad Yoga S1 with a OneLink Pro Dock, with the ethernet being connected to the dock. I have tried using 2 other cat5e cables and another dock but still the same problem. I check the link speed and it is always at 1gbps. I used to get over 600mbps with the same setup and 2 other cat5e cables and suddenly had this problem.

I tried another yoga s1 with the same problem, narrowed it down to the ports on the router. Decided to unplug, wait a few seconds, and plug the router back in. Problem solved, now getting the proper speeds: https://www.speedtest.net/result/c/bec8c84e-892c-4be9-9421-719373a332bb
