Question Getting as low as 60fps on Apex Legends with my rig :/

While landing at the beginning I go as low as 50fps, then when I land I'm NEVER above 100fps, unless I'm in a deserted area, or looking up in the sky. In gunfights it'll go down to 60-80ish. This guy has a lower rig than me and he's getting almost 180fps...
I have everything in game on the lowest settings and I'm struggling more than him when I doubt he has everything on low too. He looks like a casual player and casuals usually never care about performance. They're more on the quality side, rather than the performance.

Yes I downloaded the latest drivers.

I'm not that smart when it comes to PC equipment, but this does not seem right. Even on CSGO I barely hit over 200fps (not that I care that much about that). I've had this PC for almost 4 years just saying, but I don't believe it's because my PC is old, because that's not that old.

My rig is almost the same as the guy in the youtube vid :

GPU - GTX 1070
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
RAM - (no idea what its called sorry) 1 stick of 16 GB RAM
Motherboard - no idea lol
System Model - Alienware Aurora R5

Hey! Check your temps? Download an application such as HWInfo and check your temperatures while in game, and post a screenshot here of both your CPU temps and your GPU temps

I had no idea how to screenshot it when I had the game running at fullscreen. So I played an entire game in windows mode and every time I looked at the CPU it was at 64-65% and the GPU was at 69-70%.

Temperatures, not usage. Keep HWinfo open in the background alt tab and take a screenshot
