So I’m getting back into PC gaming and skipping the next generation of consoles. What do you all think of the list below and you see any bottlenecks or things I should be worried about? Is this a decent rig for gaming and will I be able to crank up the resolution on current games out now? I hope to use an old atx case from several years back unless that is an issue. Thoughts?

Solution
Dont get a 2070 Super at this point unless you are getting a good deal on a used one. Either get the RTX 3080 or wait for till next month when the RTX3070 is released.

Go with the 1TB WD Blue SN550 for the SSD instead. Except in extreme budget situations there is little reason to gets SATA SSD anymore.
