When I press the power button it doesn't boot. it gives me 5 beeps. All I changed was relocating a hard drive, and doing some cable management. It worked perfectly fine before this.

My Specs:

AsRock A320M Motherboard
8Gb of DDR4 ram (2x4)
AMD Athalon X4
Nvidia 9500GT 1Gb

I do not know what this means. Please help.

It's likely dead, with no fault of your own. This card was release in Q1 2008. It's very much possible it has lived its life and it is no longer choosing to work. If you have another system you can test it in you can check, but it's probably not worth going through the hoops for that card.

Even a $140 card like this should be over 1000% better (no exaggeration).

I pulled it out and put it back in and I still get the error. Is it possible that somehow I could've fried it? If so how do I check?

Thanks! Is there any other way to test it?

You could try it in the other PCI-e slots, but other than trying a new motherboard and/or with other components that you know are working properly, then no.
