getting black screen while playing games.

Hello, I recently started to get a random black screen when I play games. Sometimes I get a gray or green screen. I have research problems relating to this but to no solution.

Things that I have done:
-Ran Prime95 and Furmark to check if too much power to the PSU causes the problem.
Result: it was run for like 30 min and nothing happened. (Temps Cpu:67c GPU:83) Which lasted more than me playing a game which didn't use 100% power.

-Reinstalled all drivers( Nvidia and Directx)
Result: Problem still happening

At this point, I don't know what to do. I checked Event Viewer and get an error 10016 and 7023. I don't know if this error causes the black screen

Pc Spec:
Cpu: i7 4790k (not overclocked)
GPU: 980TI SC ACX 2.0
Ram: 8GB
PSU: EVGA NEX650G
MB: AsRock Z97 Extreme6

Most of this points to the gpu,but did you run the above together or each at a time?

You could try an earlier version of the drivers as well like,

from early 2018. Do use the advanced option and check the do a clean install box.

If you open a second account,like a guest account,do you still get the problems?

I made another account and played a match of overwatch with an earlier version of the driver and it didn't crash. but I still got the error. Also, will I have future problems with the older driver? like with games?

In that thread linked above did he have this tutorial to clear the error codes,

do this and see if it comes back after this.

tried it and my task scheduler doesn't even open plus the error 10016 reappeared
