Question Getting black screen with my Pulse Vega 56

Hi, I just adquired this GPU yesterday and I tried to uv (but I also have black screens with the default configuration) so I started with state 6 1572mh @ 1030mv, state 7 1662mhz @ 1080 and HBM 900mhz and games runs just fine, smooth.. but when I'm on the desktop or browsing the screen goes black and I have to restart, then the PC restarts like 2 times before give me any screen signal... it seems to be random, what can I do?

CPU: i5-8600k
Motherboard: GA z390 Gaming X
Ram: 16GB DDR3 Corsair 3000mhz
SSD/HDD: Samsung 240gb
GPU: Vega 56
PSU: EVGA 650 BQ
Chassis: Nox Hummer VX
OS: W10

i have the same exact issue i need an answer as well i removed my cpu overclockes idk if it worked though cuz i didnt boot up the game i was crashing in after i did that.

My CPU is not overclocked, and I go a black screen undervolted and default... strange, I've read a method "set state 1 on HBM as minimum state" but I don't know. It's weird because the black screen is random when I'm browsing or on the desktop but it happens after playing...

I've read that disabling fast boot from power options helps, at least with the "Wattman restart" thing but it didn't help to me...

Game crashed today while I was playing Apex Legends, UV was state 6 1080 / 1550 - state 7 1100 / 1660, default HBM and it crashed to me, showing a screen like a desintonized TV, my CPU isn't overclocked. :s
