Getting Bluescreen of death everytime i turn on the pc

It was working normally before i unchecked the "debug" button in the mscofig. Then i was ordered to restart my computer an i did. Right after the windows screen it bluescreened. Have tried runnin it in safe mode etc.. But no luck. Please help me. For the love of god
