Getting BSOD Everytime

Can't access at work; can you list the BSOD error codes?

In the meantime, the advice I can give:

BSOD codes 0x116 (VIDEO_TDR_ERROR) and 0x117 (VIDEO_TDR_TIMEOUT) are almost certainly GPU related. If you are getting those codes, use a different GPU driver and see if that fixes the problem.

Failing that, running memtest86+ to validate RAM isn't a bad step to take.

It didn't occur once, I even have reinstalled win7 countless times, I even did that cmd scannow command many times but problem persists. I dont think this is a windows problem

Since when are you facing this problem ? Since the beginning (After first installing Windows 7) ??
If Yes, then the Windows 7 installation itself might be corrupt, Download a clean copy and check installing via USB

If you think its a Hardware issue (which I doubt) then give the Hardware details. Also try running a MemTest. That should check your RAM.
However did you get any error message on the Blue screen ? Something like 0x0000007B...0xc00000005 ....etc ???

Now that you mention it, Yes, after installing windows 7 I get an error saying windows 7 installation failed. But I didnt bother about it. Maybe its whats causing all this. But then why does my hard drive fail to boot after restarting after BSoD? I even switched hard drives, 4 of dem and all of them has problems when I start up computer

The boot files are again loaded from the same OS. Thats probably why you had issues booting up. It had nothing to do with the HDD. I suggest you get a new copy. I mean download a clean Windows installation. Install it using a USB and once done with the installation without errors, then use your key to activate Windows.
Hope this helps.

No no, I mean when I restart after getting BSoD, many times it appears as " Hard Disk not detected" and I switched to 4 other HDD but same thing happened, can an OS be responsible for it not showing up on BIOS?

run memtest86 and confirm your memory is working as expected.
update windows to service pack 1 after the memory problem is figured out.

-----------------------
first memory dump shows that your kernel is corrupted:
3749 errors : nt (fffff80002dff000-fffff80002dfffff)

also you have windows 7 build 7600
you need to fix the corrupted kernel, and install windows service pack 1 or you will hit a bunch of old bugs.

second bugcheck does not show any corruption in your windows kernel, but problems in a different file.

I would think that this means the file is ok on disk but was corrupted when it was loaded into memory,

Are you sure that the HDD is not detected in the BIOS. ???
To answer your question, No the OS is not responsible if the HDD is not detected in the BIOS. But I would really like you to check if thats the case.
For your hardware issues just check your PSU, check all cables (Power and SATA) and as mentioned try reinstalling a different copy of Windows and check if any of these issues re-occur.
