also check to see if your system has a bios update. I did not find one when i looked.

i don't think you can get a update for the driver and I would disable the hardware in BIOS.
--------
the second bugcheck was in power management, it was a invalid opcode used. Basically common when a CPU overheats.
It would be common with a system that is as old as the one you have (2011).
I would check the cpu and make sure it is not overheating, blow the dust out of fans, and go into bios and turn off any power management functions. I would go into windows control panel and tell the system to run in high performance mode.

--------
the actual error in the first bugcheck was cause by a bad memory address passed to win32kfull.sys
but I think your broadcast software is the cause, it was waiting to get access to some hardware resource.
system uptime was 9 hours.

I would: go into bios and disable the nvidia network ethernet on the motherboard,
I would disable the nvidia shadowplay if you are not using it.

and see if you can just stream through your intel Wireless WiFi Link Adapter

looks like you are streaming with Open Broadcaster Software and you have nvidia streaming enabled also.

you have two network adapters (not including your bluetooth):
